To book an appointment please phone or email the practice.
At the time of booking all your contact details are taken and an email confirming your appointment date and time can be forwarded to you. Our friendly receptionists are happy help you with any questions including how to find us.

All consultation fees are payable on the day either by cash or eftpos – cheque, savings, visa or mastercard accepted. If you have a medicare card you should be eligible for a rebate and we are happy to submit your claim from the rooms via Online Claiming.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify reception
as soon as possible so another patient can benefit.

Appointments with Dr Dana Moisuc:

Dr Moisuc consults Monday to Friday. To book an appointment you require a referral from a General Practitioner and the initial consultation is booked for 30mins.

What to bring:

Your referral and any pathology results and radiology films/reports.
